Create a ZUGFeRD e-invoice from an Access report via PDF print ZUGFeRD with Access can be relevant for users who want to use existing Access reports as a starting point for a controlled PDF/ZUGFeRD workflow. With 7-PDF Printer Professional and the AI-assisted service 7-PDF Invoice Extractor, suitable, machine-readable Access invoice reports can be prepared via PDF printing and then converted into a review-required PDF/ZUGFeRD e-invoice.

The required PDF/A-3b for this workflow can be created with 7-PDF Printer. After PDF/A creation, the PDF printer can trigger the AI-assisted processing step via 7-PDF Attach Extract and Remove (CLI). The AI function is available in this tool via both GUI and CommandLine.

Through controlled PDF printing, a PDF/A-3 with an embedded XML file in the ZUGFeRD format can be prepared. Invoice data is detected from suitable documents using AI-assisted analysis and must then be checked professionally, formally and technically.

Important: This solution does not replace native invoicing, accounting or ERP software with its own e-invoice generation. It is intended for controlled manual invoice runs with subsequent review.
