The AI-assisted conversion does not replace invoicing, accounting or ERP software and is not intended for unlimited bulk conversion, unattended dark processing, SaaS/portal/managed-service use or arbitrary/scanned PDFs.

If parser errors occur during the trial, or if the generated ZUGFeRD data is not fully correct, you should not purchase a license or subscription and should use a native e-invoicing solution instead.

Important: The solution does not replace accounting, invoicing or ERP software with native e-invoice generation. It is intended for controlled manual invoice runs and requires that every generated PDF/ZUGFeRD e-invoice be checked professionally and formally before forwarding.

🖨️ Print workflow or direct PDF processing?

💡 If you do not need a print workflow and already have a PDF invoice: In this case, 7-PDF Attach Extract and Remove can also be used to directly process suitable PDF invoices with the 🤖 7-PDF Invoice Extractor. Here too, the PDF must be suitable and machine-readable, an API token is only available after testing, request and subject to availability, and the generated ZUGFeRD data must then be checked formally and in terms of content. Processing is carried out via SSL-encrypted transmission on servers hosted in Germany; invoice data is not stored permanently as part of the processing.

💡 IMPORTANT: For unambiguous detection of the document type in the e-invoice, the exact term "Invoice", "Final invoice" or "Credit note" should be clearly and visibly present in the invoice data, ideally at the beginning of the document. Labels such as "fee statement", "cost note", "consulting services" or similar may result in the document not being processed correctly as an invoice.
