Create your invoice in LibreOffice as usual – whether in Writer or Calc. Once you have completed the required setup steps and output your invoice with the 7-PDF Printer Professional, a PDF/A-3 document with embedded ZUGFeRD XML can be prepared with AI assistance. The result must then be checked manually.

The XML data in ZUGFeRD format is generated by the AI-assisted service 7-PDF Invoice Extractor. The AI function is integrated into 7-PDF Attach Extract and Remove. The tool can then attach the generated ZUGFeRD XML to the previously printed PDF/A invoice. The workflow can be technically supported, but it remains review-required and is not intended for unattended bulk processing.
