The printer has the ability to create image files instead of PDF files. This feature is provided through the user interface of the PDF printer.

Alternatively, image generation can also be done on a programming level (development). You specify the image format by using a runonce configuration file. By default, each page of a document is printed in a separate image file. With MultiTiffs, however, you can get an image file from multiple pages. The whole thing is controlled by the <pageno> Macro in output setting Output. Here is <pageno> specified in the storage path, the printer produces an image file for each page.
